Geomatics Yukon provides a central source for distributing Yukon government data and imagery. All GIS data is freely distributed and should be available through this website. Imagery is freely distributed whenever possible; however, some high resolution satellite imagery is licensed only to the Yukon Government which prevents distribution of the source imagery. Licensed imagery (GeoEye, WorldView, Quickbird, and Ikonos) may be made available to project partners and First Nations governments on request, though Geomatics Yukon requires an Imagery Use Agreement to be completed.
