The Successful Candidate:
- Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in mapping and spatial modeling
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography
- Is familiar with ArcGIS Desktop
Duties will demand:
- Adherence to Government and project-defined standards
- Ability to solve problems and develop GIS workflows to complete modeling and analysis tasks
- Scripting in Python and VB
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
The nature of work will include:
- Data collection and QC
- Map design and production
- GIS model construction and documentation
- Spatial data analysis
- Data collection
- Client liaison
- Reporting
