We are looking to find someone in the coming months that can stick handle our wind projects through the BC EA process. The projects are all a considerable way through the process and are coming up on final certificate application. Please pass this around to anyone you know that has the
following attributes:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 1 to 3 years experience working in the environmental, planning, or development field
- Thorough knowledge of federal and provincial environmental assessment regulations and processes
- Thorough knowledge of analysis and research techniques in environmental science
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with regulators, consultants and coworkers
- Excellent report writing skills; ability to present information from a variety of sources in a concise, professional and readable manner
- Work in a changing environment within defined timelines
- Ability to exercise considerable independence of judgement, action, tact and initiative in performing work
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage work programs and complete assignments in a timely manner
- GIS skills will be considered an asset
