Job Duties

    • Review relevant background documentsreportsprovidedetailed work planthe assignment
    • Prepareparticipate infield testthe CCWC social service mapping initiativeconsultationkey stakeholderstwo provinces
    • Prepare short concept noteUNICEFgovernment national counterpartsrecommendationsstrengtheningusethe social service mapping toolenable CCWCbetter promoteprotectrightthe most vulnerable
    • Based onreport revise existing guidance materialsgovernment counterpartssupport CCWCusingtoolprovide additional materials if necessary
    • Developdetailed roll-out panbudgetthe service mapping initiative
    • Provide coachingmentoring6 provincial facilitation teamsprovincial focal pointsCCWC inusethe mapsmore effective targeting. This should also include usepresenting intransparentconcise mannersituationvulnerable familiesprogress
 

Job Requirements
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Advanced university degreeequivalent backgroundparticipatory action learning, capacity development decentralisation
    • At least five years experience working indeveloping country context inareapoverty reduction, social welfare, capacity developmentdecentralisation
    • Previous experiencedeveloping/implementing capacity development approaches
    • Experienceworkingthe government partnersdevelopment partner agenciesan asset
  • SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
    • Strong organisationalmanagement capacity
    • Good communicationfacilitation skills
    • Fluent English, writtenspoken. KnowledgeKhmeran advantage
    • Usecurrent computer softwareinternet
    • Currently residingan asset
