  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized university and acceptable specialization in geomatics.

Experience

– Experience developing and managing geospatial databases.
– Experience performing image analyses using image processing software.
– Experience conducting spatial analysis using geographic information systems.

Candidates must meet all of the essential qualifications to be appointed to a position.   • ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience:
    – Experience working in a science research environment.
    – Experience using ESRI GIS products and PCI image analysis software.
    – Experience working with forest inventory data.
    – Experience in planning and conducting field work.
    Knowledge:
    – Knowledge of spatial statistics.
  • CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
    – Reliability status
