Challenge
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Adapting or applying Data Management and Geographic Information Systems tools to aggregate data from a variety of sources, including remote sensing data and natural resources, mapping, environmental or social information.
Conducting related data gathering using established sources or procedures in the field and/or in the office and laboratory.
Analysing, interpreting and representing data using existing scientific methodologies, practices, or techniques and generating conclusions and recommendations.
Preparing reports for internal use and/or contributing to documentation destined for publication.
Explaining procedures to and co-ordinating the activities of technical assistants and students.
