Post Doctoral Fellow – History of Métis in BC
UBC Okanagan’s Community, Culture, and Global Studies Unit is currently seeking to fill a full time Post Doctoral position focused on the history of Métis in BC. The successful candidate will join an existing team of researchers working in a public history context, in association with the Métis Nation of British Columbia.

Qualifications: A completed PhD (within the last three years) in history or historical geography (or other pertinent discipline), knowledge of the area, a strong research record, and exceptional communication skills.

Start date as soon as possible. One year appointment with potential to renew. Minimum salary of $45,000.
