Hello Fireweed–
Have a look at this zip file outlining TRIM Fcodes. When you extract the zip file you will find a set of tables each with each one explaining specific sets of codes (e.g. cultural features, or contour lines). This small readme explains some of the changes to the Fcode between TRIM1 and TRIM2 coverages.
Indeed the changes to the BC websites has me scratching my head.
