The Ministry of Natural Resources is looking for a highly motivated, well organized individual to: provide technical expertise in the development, maintenance & utilization of natural resources databases; carry out a variety of data, technical & administrative duties; assist in the development of data sharing agreements.

Qualifications: demonstrated ability to use GIS technology in resource management including NRVIS; ability to input GIS data, digitize & produce reports/maps for a variety of resource management applications, knowledge of GPS systems; demonstrated ability to deal with a volume of detailed work, establish priorities, organize work, meet deadlines, work independently; working knowledge of a variety of computer operating systems/applications related to resource management; good interpersonal, written/oral communication skills; knowledge & understanding of ecological principles/practices required to organize, conduct & coordinate field surveys & projects; valid driver`s license.
