Education

Useful Information

Successful completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in the geomatics field or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experience

Current experience in a digital geomatics environment, collecting, generating and editing digital geospatial/topographic map products, using editing workstations, soft-copy image stations, and various plotters
Experience in performing quality management inspections on various geomatics products
Experience in collecting 2D and 3D geospatial data from digital imagery
Experience in analyzing and evaluating project objectives, instructions and requirements

Other Merit Criteria and Conditions of Employment

Reliability Clearance
Must be willing to work shift work and/or overtime on short notice.
Candidates must successfully pass a stereoscopic acuity test.
Must be willing to travel as required.
