Position: Executive Director for Fisheries Council
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for leading and directing efforts related to the formation of the Fisheries Council as laid out in the BC First Nations Fisheries Action Plan. The ED will be responsible for strategic leadership in the formative stages of the Fisheries Council to ensure its future relevance, credibility, and viability. The ED, under direction from the Fisheries Council and in collaboration its partner organizations, is responsible for clarifying organizational objectives, prioritizing, reviewing and evaluating progress and ensuring objectives and performance goals are achieved.
