Experience

Experience in Supervision.
Experience in one or more Engineering or Geomatics disciplines found in a multi-disciplined professional office, such as:
Land surveying,
Hydrographic surveying

Challenge
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Ontario Region is seeking to fill a full time (indeterminate) CADD Coordinator position responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of CADD engineering and geomatics products. CADD products are delivered through a team of dedicated technicians and technologists, consultants and PWGSC professionals. Acquisitions of services and technologies; development, maintenance and conformance monitoring of standards; providing technical advice and support for the team and users of the CADD resources; establishing priorities; quality assuring all CADD products; ensuring data integrity; customizing software for greatest efficiencies; and assisting professionals as well technicians and technologists to determine cost estimates are part of the position’s responsibilities.
