(3-month term)
We have project work available for 2 GIS Technicians to join us. You will work with various department managers to assist in completing our asset inventory for the corporate asset management initiative. This is a term position for approximately 3 months and while the work is full-time we can be flexible in the hours to work around other schedules.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a diploma in a GIS related field and work experience will involve data collection; ESRI SDE database editing; table schema creation; relational database; GPS and surveying. Some field data collection will be involved. To complement your excellent interpersonal and team-based skills is an organized, methodical and analytical approach to business.
The hourly pay range for this unionized position based on experience is $22.51 – $26.48 (’07 rates) based on a 35-hour flexible workweek.
