Are you a skilled facilitator with good knowledge of resource management, native culture and issues? If so, consider this challenging position with the Ministry of Natural Resources where you will plan and lead aboriginal programs and initiatives. You will also promote understanding, co-operation and participation in the ministry’s sustainable resource management programs amongst communities and provide communications support to district programs

Qualifications: knowledge of the Ministry of Natural Resources` resource management mandate and related programs; extensive knowledge of aboriginal culture, issues and concerns; excellent interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills; well developed organizational, research and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to work independently as well as function as a team player in a multi-disciplinary environment; demonstrated use of tact, diplomacy and good judgment; good knowledge of training and leadership development techniques; knowledge of personal computers; good administrative skills to prepare work plans and maintain financial controls; valid driver`s licence to travel to remote areas.
