The Community, Culture and Global Studies Unit of the Irving K. Barber School of Arts and Sciences at UBC Okanagan (http://web.ubc.ca/okanagan/ccgs/welcome.html ) requires a Human Geographer with expertise in resources, environment and tourism to teach two sections of GEOG 129 and two upper-level undergraduate courses, for a total of four courses. Two courses will be offered in each term of the Winter Session of 2007-08.
Preference will be given to applicants with a PhD in the discipline and relevant research and post-secondary teaching experience. Interested applicants should forward their curriculum vitae and three letters of reference to the Unit Head.
