Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies
(9-month renewable appointment)
You will support the instruction of various laboratory courses, be accountable for the maintenance of and instruction in survey/field equipment and GIS software, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in a computerized environment, you will manage large amounts of student work. You have a Master’s degree in geography or the equivalent, experience in laboratory instruction, familiarity with field equipment, and an understanding of cartography, map analysis, and aerial photography. Your knowledge of the theoretical and practical use of GIS software is supported by proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
