The Urban Aboriginal Community Kitchen Garden Project
We have some funding to hire an individual to develop an evaluation plan for this new project. We are looking for someone to develop a plan/system for documenting and evaluating the project that the project staff can perform. I.e. we are looking for the contractor to develop a plan, not conduct the evaluation itself. The contract would be for a total of $1300, including wages and materials. The work would need to be started by May 12, 2006.
The ideal person would have experience in the Aboriginal community and/or inner-city and have good knowledge of the theory/practice of program evaluation.
