The First Peoples’ Heritage, Language and Culture Council is a provincial Crown Corporation formed by the government of British Columbia in 1990 to administer the First Peoples’ Heritage, Language and Culture Program. FPHLCC is supported by legislation: the First Peoples Heritage, Language and Culture Act.
