How to add a PDF file (or any other file type) to your post. Currently the max file size is 5 MB.
Also, know that this will not create a ‘thumbnail’ image of the file. You will need to create that yourself, and use FCK Editor to upload an inline image (see separate post).
Here’s how to a add an attachment:
Step 1. Clisk ‘create new content’ or ‘new content here’
Step 2. Select a category for the post
Step 3. Add title and text to your post, as needed
Step 4. Click ‘Browse…’ in Attachements (below Body text block) …and ‘Open’ to select your file on your computer
Step 5. Click ‘Attach’
Step 6. You should see the attachment listed in the Attachments section of the dialog
Step 7. ‘Submit’ the post
Step 8. You can delete the attachement by Editing the post and checking the ‘Delete’ box in the Attachments section
