This full-colour guidebook by Doug Hopwood, RPF, is intended as a reference tool for First Nations in responding to forest development plan referrals from the B.C. Ministry of Forests or forest licensees. It provides a brief explanation of the main factors First Nations may want to consider in responding to a forest development plan.
